THE STORY BEHIND THE BRAND.
My journey wasn’t easy. Being a single young mother with two kids, one of which has a very rare disease, put me into a pit of depression and turmoil that I never thought I could get out of.
My life was comprised of work and hospital stays with my sick son. Trying to better myself in the midst of all this seemed like a battle that I couldn’t win.
I found my love for fitness around 2019. At this same time I grew deeper with God and as I continued my fitness journey I started to attract girls like myself and began training, selling merchandise including my best-selling detox tea “Fit Formula”.
My journey wasn’t easy and still isn’t. I hope my brand inspires girls that don’t have the “typical” body to get up, go hard and get KAY KAY FIT!!!!!
